What this site is

This is a website describing StayCast, a product we are building, and a form for registering interest in it. It is not the product. There is no service to sign into, nothing running on any television, and no account behind the waitlist form.

The waitlist is not a purchase

Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It is not a contract, an order, a reservation or a pre-order. We take no payment and hold no payment details. Equally, it does not oblige us to provide anything: we may open access in whatever order we choose, and we may decide not to launch at all.

Pricing shown here is indicative

The prices on this site — including $12 per screen per month and the enterprise figures — describe what we currently intend to charge. They are not an offer and they may change before launch. If and when StayCast becomes available, the price you are offered at that time is the only one that means anything.

Descriptions of the product

Everything this site says about widgets, themes, supported devices and features describes what StayCast is intended to do. Some of it is built and some of it is not. Nothing here is a warranty that any particular feature will exist, work as shown, or be included at a given price.

Trade marks

Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Fire TV, Roku, Android TV, Samsung, Tizen, LG and webOS are trade marks of their respective owners. Naming them describes compatibility we intend to support. It does not imply any partnership with, endorsement by, or affiliation with those companies.

Liability

This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from relying on the information on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
